16 × 19 inches — smaller than a standard kitchen towel by design. The compact size fits a single hand’s grip, folds into a tight pad for scrubbing, and moves quickly between hot pans, cold sinks, and countertops. The center stripe (blue, gold, or green — yarn-dyed, not printed) isn’t decorative; in commercial kitchens it marks towel zones: blue for surfaces, green for produce, gold for general cleanup.
