Why clear heads on bed skirt pins

Heads are clear polypropylene, low-profile and slightly domed, so they disappear against any colour of skirt. Coloured-head pins commonly sold for this show as a row of dots across a pale skirt — visible from across the room, defeating the whole point.

How to use bed skirt pins correctly

1. Fit your bed skirt normally on the decking platform
2. Pin the decking platform through to the base — not the visible skirt panel
3. Position pins about an inch in from the edge
4. Space every 8 inches along both long sides
5. Space every 6 inches across the head
6. The panel then hangs free and true, no dots visible

Bed skirt pins — other uses

They also work on anything else that migrates: a mattress topper cover, a slipcover skirt, upholstery piping that has worked loose.
